1. How can I pay?
You can pay by normal transfer, immediate transfer and Paysafecard.
Unfortunately, at present it is not possible to payment by debit entry, Paypal, COD, credit card or on account.


2. How does shipping take place?
We generally ship by normal mail. In this case delivery takes 5 - 12 working days. In addition, you can book Premium shipping where delivery only takes 2 - 3 working days. Premium shipping is only possible from Germany and Austria.
At present natural products cannot be sent express.


3. Do I need a prescription to be able to order from you?

The goods will be sent straight after receiving your payment.


7. Do you send the goods discreetly?
There is no indication of what is in the package.


8. Do you send to pick-up points too?
Yes, generally we also send to pick-up points. But to do so the relevant delivery note must be contained in the order.


9. Is it possible to change the delivery address?
It is possible to change the delivery address up to when the shipment has been passed to shipping. If you want to do this, please send an e-mail with the new address to support.


10. I have misgivings because I have found negative reports about your offers.

No payment can be offered COD in Germany at present. Unfortunately we had to discontinue payment on account because only few people used it.

14. Can I return medication and get a refund?
No, this is not possible. This is stipulated by United States Federal Law. Medication requiring a prescription cannot be returned and neither is it possible to exchange it. 15. Which security and data protection can you offer?
Your privacy and the security of your personal data are very important to us. We do not compromise on this point. We use SSL, which meets the standards of the industry. 16. Do you sell narcotics?
No, we do not sell narcotics. Narcotics or controlled substances cannot be sent from pharmacies to residents of the USA.





Questions about LIDA Daidaidua


1. Can you guarantee a 100 percent decrease?
There is no product that promises one hundred percent success. The success rate of LIDA is 90 % if used properly.


2. Can taking LIDA and the contraceptive pill at the same time lead to complications?
No problems are known.


3. Can I send back an order if I do not want the product any more?
We take back unopened products. The amount is refunded to you after the goods have been received.


4. What does the capsule powder look like?
The powder is brown.


5. Is the right active principle LIDA contained in the pill?
Yes, rest assured. But it has been halved from 60mg to 30mg.
